BYU Eye Tracking Lab is looking for a lab manager

Duties include:

Manage Research Assistants
  • Schedule RA hours and task assignments
  • Oversee and track RA training
  • Step in to help run participants as needed

Manage Laboratory Work

  • Schedule participants
  • Monitor Participant SONA credit and/or Compensation
  • Maintain IRB compliance

Additional Duties, based on ability and interest:

  • Assist with experiment design and programming
  • Get advanced MRI training and run MRI participants
  • Assist with data analysis
  • Assist with literature reviews and manuscript writing


  • Self-motivated
  • Organized
  • Excellent Communicator
  • Honest and reliable
  • At least 2 years until graduation
  • Majoring in Psychology, Neuroscience, Linguistics, or a related field

Bonus Qualifications (not required, but a plus)

  • Interested in pursuing a graduate degree
  • Experience with one or more of the following: eye tracking, MRI, R or other statistical software, programming (especially python)
